As the artist explains: «Arca Virus tells us about a Noah's Ark that rescues lethal viruses in test tubes. It is certainly a quote from the most worrying shadows of our times, the so-called "biological weapons"; but also the fact that if we continue to treat our planet as a landfill, ancient viruses buried in the ice could release into the environment, causing pandemics». The artist imagined that Noah, having to carry every living creature, surely had to create a smaller ark in which to save the viruses and bacteria, these were then released because the rope that held it tied broke.
